- We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
- Refunds:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
- Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges for any items. We are working on making this possible in the future
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
